Free standard shipping
All CamperDive orders ship free via Australia Post standard delivery. There is no minimum order value and no promo code required — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Sydney. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order tracking
Every order includes an Australia Post tracking number sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. We're working on international shipping — join our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, get in touch within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
