Warranty Policy

Lifetime warranty on spearguns

Every CamperDive Reef Hunter hand speargun is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your speargun fails under normal use due to a manufacturing issue, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

What's covered

• Structural defects in the spear shaft or sections
• Faulty threading or connection joints
• Premature corrosion under normal saltwater use and care
• Defective power band attachment points

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear (tips, power bands, o-rings)
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or modifications
• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function (scratches, scuffs)
• Damage caused by improper storage or neglect
• Third-party accessories or parts not sold by CamperDive

Accessories warranty

CamperDive accessories (tip sets, catch bags, dive knives) are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The same coverage and exclusions apply.

How to make a claim

To start a warranty claim:

1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include clear photos showing the defect.
3. We'll review your claim within 3 business days and let you know the next steps.

If your claim is approved, we'll cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or overrides any statutory guarantee that applies to our products.
